Living with chronic pain
Whether you hurt every single day or only when you ski, your body is sending a message. We help you decode it — and answer it.
Denver Pain Free isn't the right fit for everyone — and we'll always tell you honestly. But for the right person, it can make a real difference. Here's how it works.
Most of our clients are willing to invest in their own wellness — whether that means running a marathon again or simply doing the dishes without pain.
Whatever your goal, the path begins the same way: a conversation.
You'll meet with a therapist to review your history and look at how your body moves. You'll have questions for us — and we'll want to get to know you. Together, we decide if you're a fit for this method, and if we're a fit for you.
We have several program options to fit anyone's needs, commitment, and even distance — our clients range from close by to as far away as Australia. Your therapist builds a sequence of corrective exercises targeted to your body.
You'll learn to see what's out of alignment and feel the changes as they happen — so you can stay functional and pain-free long after your program ends.
Some of our clients arrive in severe, debilitating pain. Others have none at all — and want to keep it that way.
Whether you hurt every single day or only when you ski, your body is sending a message. We help you decode it — and answer it.
From hobby runners to professional athletes — we help you stay functional, improve range of motion, and keep doing what you love.
Surgery is sometimes a necessity. Getting straight and staying functional can help you avoid it — or make rehabilitation far more effective.
Children play more sports than ever — and see more injuries. If one shoulder sits higher than the other, we can help, early.
Look in the mirror — are your shoulders and hips level? Some of our clients have no pain at all — they simply understand the value of prevention.
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We won't know if we can help until we talk with you.
