Denver Pain Free is not the right fit for everyone but once we decide we should work together there are a variety of options for your program. You will have an initial appointment with a therapist to review your history and options. Naturally, you will have many questions for us and obviously, we will want to get to know you better. Typically, our clients are willing to invest in their personal wellness to live a pain free lifestyle. This could mean running a marathon or doing the dishes without pain. Together, you and your therapist will decide if you are a fit for this method and if we are a fit for you.
"We do not stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing."
- Benjamin Franklin
Typically, our clients are suffering from mild to severe debilitating pain. This may include but is not limited to: sciatica, knee pain, migraines, hip pain, carpal tunnel, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, sports injuries, repetitive stress, herniated/bulging/ruptured discs, stenosis and more. You may be suffering from pain on a daily basis or maybe you have pain only when you ski. Our clients live close by or may be as far as Australia. We have a program designed to fit anyone's needs, distance and commitment.
Many of our clients are athletes hoping to improve their performance. We work with weekend warriors all the way to professional athletes. Whether your sport is your hobby or your profession it is important to stay functional. Do you have trouble with range of motion when you swim? Maybe every time you run your hip hurts or you have to wear a knee brace to play basketball? Whatever the obstacle we can help you see what needs to change.
Naturally, our clients are hoping to avoid surgery. Obviously, surgery is sometimes a necessity. Typically, our clients understand that this method will benefit you pre or post surgery. Getting straight and staying functional can help you avoid surgery by allowing your body to heal or it will make the rehabilitation process much more effective. Your body is trying to tell you something, it's time to listen and avoid feeling more pain in the future.
Children are playing more sports than ever before but they're also experiencing more sports related injuries. Is your child serious about pursuing a sport or do they just enjoy the activity? Are they already complaining about back pain or knee injuries? Listen to them and look at their body. Is one shoulder higher than the other? Does one foot point out? Maybe their head is forward of their shoulders? We can show you how to help them and teach them how to help themselves. If they start now how much pain can they avoid in the future?
Some of our clients are not experiencing any pain. They understand the importance of prevention. When you look in the mirror to do see something our of alignment? Look at your knees, shoulders, hips, are they symmetrical from side to side? Is your head directly over your shoulders? Do you notice it is easier to turn one way while skiing but harder to turn the other way? Does you back feel stiff when you play golf? Look at your shoes, are the wearing evenly?
Schedule a consultation to find out more about our programs. We do not know if we can help you until we talk to you and find out more about you. We have several options to fit any one's needs. Come see the clinic, we look forward to meeting with you.
